I Can’t Get Off My Computer!!!

I hope everyone had a great Holiday Season! I worked a lot at my part time job in retail but I still had some fun.

Now it’s time to get back to work on my own handmade items for my shop. My New Year’s resolution is to really, really, really learn all this social media marketing stuff. I’ve been trying and maybe understand some of it but WOW, it takes so much time for me. It seems I always come across something new I have to learn about and try to incorporate into my marketing. Yesterday I was trying to fix up my policies on my website shop. I looked around at some other sites that accept credit cards (as I do) and noticed these nice little picture icons of each type of card. I spent half the day trying to find out how to get these suckers into my profile!!! Then low and behold, I was working on one of my listings and just checked my policies and they were there the whole time! I swear they were never there before. As usually happens to me, while I was pushing all sorts of buttons, I must have fixed it somehow. I probably will never know how but I did it.

So my goal for January is to fix up my Etsy shop policies and disclaimers. But my bigger problem is that I also need to make my products. It’s really hard trying to do my social media marketing, make my bracelets, take pictures, create listings and also work at my “outside” job and keep up my house.

How does everyone do this? I would love to hire some help but I really can’t afford it. My help would also have to come to my house and I need to be really careful about that!
