Shipping and Processing Time

I use USPS First Class Mail. It has been my experience that delivery usually takes 3-4 days from mailing. But the post office does not guarantee that. I also receive and will forward the tracking number to you.

All of my items are handmade. Please allow 5 – 7 days for ship date. On any custom orders it may require more days at which time I will notify you. During holidays, orders may require more days at which time I will notify you.

Custom and Import Taxes

At this time I am only shipping to the continental United States. Should that change, buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment Options

I accept PayPal which keeps your information secure. I do not see your credit card information. Through PayPal you may use any credit cards without being a member.

Returns & Exchanges

I will accept returns and exchanges according to the following conditions:

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
